Intercultural skills

  • consulted for strategic and operational HR purposes international subsidiaries (Shire France, 100 employees), supported acquisition-integration of German entities (Veolia, Sarpi)  as well as French-German organizations (Epexspot, 300 employees)

Talent Management

  • designed and implemented a European Talent Program within a perimeter of 2200 employees, 10 entities in 6 countries (Manutan)

Smooth employee experience

  • set up the CSE (the new French works council) with a pedagogical communication for leaders and employees, drafted the main HR paths such as the managerial path, career path, retirement (for the CRPCEN, 300 employees)

  • part-time HRM for small size high tech companies (Telit automotive solutions, cyberprotection)

COACHING

Coach teams towards success 

  • following the merger of 2 organizations and its 2 HR teams, coached the new HR team to build efficiency and relational quality (CAF 64) (tools used: team building exercises and debriefing, lego serious play, process com, how to organize the harmonization of the HR procedures and rules)

Facilitation of cross-functional teams 

  • coached a newly created team of teachers within a school in defining their pedagogical project for 2019-2021, around the creation of an inclusive school, where bridges are created between teachers and the different teachings, in order to serve the specific needs of schoolchildren, with a requirement for creativity and breaking the silos (groupe scolaire aux Mureaux) (tools used: visualization, design thinking, decision  making, open space technology, organisation of projects)

  • new managerial position, assertivity and confidence, professional reorientation (approach used: Lehnhardt, Dilts, situational management and intercultural management , process com)
